Magic Wish – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Magic Wish mobile application and platform ("App," "Service," "we," "our," or "us"), operated by MAGIC WISH S.R.L., a registered company in the Republic of Moldova.

1. Description of the Service

Magic Wish is a gifting platform that allows users to:

• Create and share personalized wishlists for special events
• Send invitations with gift links
• Mark gifts as purchased, reserved, or funded
• Follow friends and view their public wishlists
• Receive AI-driven gift recommendations

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use Magic Wish.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload or share offensive, misleading, or harmful content
• Attempt to hack, damage, or interfere with the platform
• Copy or reverse-engineer any part of the app

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology within the app are the property of MAGIC WISH S.R.L.

6. Payments and Donations

Gift contributions are facilitated via third-party payment processors. We are not responsible for transaction errors or fees charged by these services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." MAGIC WISH S.R.L. disclaims any liability for errors, bugs, or misuse of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova.
